Six Two Four Urban Beach Hotel

This small hotel is a great find in San José del Cabo—close to downtown, yet tucked in a quiet hotel/residential area. Ideal for business trips or if you are into moving around and not stay in the enclosure of an all included hotel. Rooms are European-sized, well-designed, with comfy beds, cold A/C, and a clean modern look. There's a relaxing seating area with a view of the golf course and a small pool to cool off. Right outside, there’s a casual restaurant that serves all day, and you’re walking distance to cafés, restaurants, and a couple of blocks away from the main shopping mall. Great Location, Cool Vibe – Perfect for Business or just exploring.

A nice gem in a great location! We love staying in small boutique hotels for the peace & quiet. Would recommend if youre on a budget, but want a nice location near resorts & the beach Pros: -great location. Across the street from the big resorts in San Jose, like Viceroy & Vidante -across the st from stores, restaurants -inexpensive -clean & well-maintained area -includes: safe, mini fridge, hair dryer, small pool, big tv -updated & clean rooms -around the corner, there are massage spas, restaurant, pharmacy, breakfast hut -AC -front desk receptionist was very kind & informative -it was very peaceful. No one was really in the pool during our stay so we went swimming a lot -checkout is at 12, checkin at 3 which is nice. Cons: -wish it included a microwave & a full-length mirror -room is small because of the big king bed Tip: -ask for a 1st floor room, near the pool like we had. Because there’s no shade on the 2nd floor balconies

Perfect for solo traveller who wants to eat out or delivery Good location, but it is still in the resort area. Super clean quiet. Rooms are minimalist, no drawer, low light; I would not stay in that room a week with an other scuba diver or kids, but 1 person to relax a day or 2 great. Pool is cold not heated ,but I am fine with that. Not for kids !

We had such a great stay here! It’s a small boutique hotel and it’s perfect for travelers that don’t need too much for their stay, especially if they plan to be out in town a lot. The room had everything we needed and was super clean. There’s a/c, mini fridge, patio overlooking the golf course, bathroom with stand up shower. The rooms are small but again had everything we needed and it was very comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do a great job of maintaining the rooms, walkways and pool area. It is right off a busy road, but we honestly couldn’t hear much of the road activity. The location is perfect. There’s a bunch of shops and eateries in walking distance. Plus the access to the beach was just across the street. The grocery store La Comer is about a 5-10 minute walk.

We spent 5 days in this hotel. At first we were a little disappointed by the appearance of the building. But our impression changed once we were in the room. Our room was very nice, with a lovely terrace and a nice bathroom. The cleaning was perfect and the cleaning team is very professional. Same thing for the pool. To know : the beach near the hotel is forbidden to swim. So having a pool was necessary. We felt very welcome. The man at the reception was very nice and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel. If future investments were planned, we have some ideas of improvement: - put some plants to avoid being seen from the street - put plants between the terraces for more privacy - setting up a breakfast and laundry service. In any case, we are really happy with our stay and we advise all French people to come and stay in this place.

Stayed here for a night before we flew out and loved how great the location was! Close by to restaurants, shopping, and more. Serene pool area, and the front desk folks were just the nicest and so helpful when I had a question about transportation/the area. The room itself was a little tiny (only the twin room was available when I booked) but it got the job done for a night. My only issue was that our shower water didn't get past lukewarm, but it wasn't a huge deal given we were only there for a night.

Stayed there two nights. One of the receptionists (the one who doesn’t wear glasses, didn’t get her name) wasn’t particularly friendly and didn’t make us feel welcome. She wasn’t rude or anything, just… not welcoming. It wasn’t a great start to the stay. However, the rooms are incredible. They’re modern, comfortable, and the AC is fantastic. I need that showerhead for my own house! The pool is small but very nice, perfect for a quick dip early in the day or in the evening. Just be careful - not everything in the room is free! There is a stocked minibar and a couple snacks in there that you will get charged for if you take them. I avoided doing so. Would definitely return.

We originally booked an Airbnb down the road and couldn’t stay because it smelled so strongly of cleaning chemicals. I was so glad to find this hotel available instead. Convenient yet quiet location close to everything you could want in the hotel zone (including a nice gym). Huge TV, kind staff, comfortable beds, hip decor, nice little patios off each room, mini fridge and coffee maker in each room, high quality towels, shampoo AND conditioner. Great spot, highly recommend.
